Quick Start
- Roundtable introduction: Facilitator of the day lead a brief introduction around the table to get everyone warmed up 😊
- Community news discussion: Facilitator presents the our news list on X: x.com/aifusionlabs and lead a group discussion.
- Sharing circle: After the community news, everyone is asked to present one piece of AI news item or tool tip. We aim for 4–6 short & sweet shares per session (10-15min per person).
Roles
🎛️ Facilitator
Goal: Keep things smooth and on time. Encourage everyone to share their discovery. Keep the conversation balanced so no one person dominates, and make sure a mix of genders and experience levels get a chance to speak.
Play:
- Open our curated AI news & tools from @aifusionlabs on X: x.com/aifusionlabs (use QR below), lead a discussion
- Inform that each speaker has 10-15 min including Q&A, if they need >30min, redirect them to contact Lya to schedule a full talk (use QR below)
- Help speakers connect their laptop (For sound display, connect to bluetooth: “MS-6”)
- Time the share: If the speaker go beyond 15min, remind them; and at the 20min mark, switch to the next speaker.
- Find a photographer to capture the vibe during the meetup (see below)
- At the end of the talk, invite new attendees to join our Telegram Group (use QR code or https://t.me/+7Wwry4WRoZBlNTEx)
- After the talk: invite everyone to join our social lunch at a nearby cafe, and post the address in our Telegram Channel.
