1. First choice: Everyone tries to present one AI news item or tool tip.
2. If you don’t have one today, pick one other volunteer role (Facilitator or Photographer).
3. We aim for 4–6 Reporters each session. Short & sweet shares!

Roles

🗞️ AI News / Tools Reporter (4-6 per meetup)

Goal: Share 1+ fresh AI news item or a handy AI tool.

Play: Share to the audience, and post your resources/ links in AI News and Tools Channel on Telegram so that people can check it out.

Pro Tip: Don’t all pick the same big headline—diversify!

🎛️ Facilitator

Goal: Keep things smooth and on time.

Play:

• Help speakers connect their laptop (If need sound, connect to bluetooth “MS-6”)
• Time the talks: each speaker has 10-15 min including Q&A (If there are insufficient number of speakers, share our curated AI news & tools from our X channel: x.com/aifusionlabs).
• Find a photographer to capture the vibe during the meetup (see below)
