AI Fusion Labs is a nonprofit AI education organization. Our facilitators help create a welcoming space to learn, share, and explore AI. Please read and agree to these values and guidelines before leading a session.

• People first: Create with intention, let human creativity and discernment guide AI use. Consider its impact on people, safety, and society. Use AI responsibly to build a better future for humanity.

Facilitator Guidelines

1. Keep learning at the centre Keep unrelated business promotions outside our events. You may demonstrate your own AI product when it serves a clear learning goal (with clear disclaimer), or briefly mention relevant services after delivering educational value. Do not turn sessions into sales pitches or pressure participants to sign up, purchase, or install anything. Disclose ownership, sponsorships, affiliate links, referral fees, or other financial interests when introducing a product or service.
2. Make safety your responsibility. Before hands-on activities, explain what tools can access or change, how they handle data, and any known risks or uncertainties. Use isolated demo environments, sample data. Do not ask participants to run unreviewed code or give agents broad access to personal devices or accounts. If a safe setup is unavailable, keep the demonstration facilitator-led and observation-only. Participants must always be free to observe without installing tools or granting access.
3. Make room for everyone. Explain unfamiliar terms, welcome questions, and encourage participation. Kindly redirect anyone dominating the discussion. Harassment, discrimination, and demeaning behavior are not acceptable.
4. Respect privacy. Ask permission before photographing or recording participants, or sharing their information or work. Do not enter sensitive participant information into AI tools.
